ZEOS, the logistics-as-a-service platform born out of the Zalando ecosystem, empowers fashion brands to store, pack, and ship products through a network of advanced fulfillment centers across Europe.

To make these sophisticated operations tangible for partners and trade fair visitors, ZEOS asked us to create an immersive experience that would translate complex warehouse workflows into a clear, engaging story.

Our journey started with a deep dive into their six core logistics stations, studying video material and learning directly from their team to capture every detail of the process.

Once we mapped the workflows, we developed a visual language inspired by clean industrial lines—educed to the essentials, yet instantly recognizable. The result balanced accuracy in process and playfulness, transforming functional logistics into a world that felt both accessible and elevated.

Each station was rebuilt in 3D with a love for detail and brought to life through beautifully orchestrated animations that playfully illustrate how products move through the system. We placed special emphasis on human presence by designing diverse, stylized characters to reflect ZEOS’s focus on people and inclusivity.

The experience was deployed as a Web AR application that launches instantly by entering the URL in the browser or scanning a QR code—no app download needed—allowing anyone to explore the miniature logistics universe on their phone.

To further elevate the experience, ZEOS asked us to bring it into virtual reality, transforming the project into a mixed reality showcase designed for trade fairs and conferences.

Seeing these miniature stations in full 3D immersion for the first time was a truly magical moment. It felt like having the entire process right in front of you—ready to explore, touch, and experience from every angle. This level of presence and interactivity simply goes far beyond anything a conventional presentation could deliver.

Logistics Unpacked turned complex processes into an intuitive, human-centered experience, positioning ZEOS as an innovative partner ready to redefine fashion fulfillment. Beyond the AR centers themselves, we created all supporting promotional materials and visual assets, shaping a cohesive toolkit that not only explains but inspires.

The result is more than a product or an experience—it’s a journey into a new world of augmented explainers that make sophisticated operations feel clear, accessible, and undeniably engaging.
