Viva La Labia is a bold collaboration between artist Murray Gaylard and jewellery house Georg Hornemann, celebrating craftsmanship, femininity, and self-expression.

Guided by the collection’s muse — The Birth of Venus — we were invited to translate its artistry into an immersive digital experience that could capture both the delicacy of design and the strength of its message.

The opportunity was clear: to craft an interactive web experience that behaves like a gallery, where each piece feels sculptural, fluid, and alive to the touch. Through 3D motion design, immersive web design, and WebGL technology, we aimed to redefine how luxury digital experiences can express craftsmanship and emotion online.

Inspired by Murray Gaylard’s handcrafted techniques, we built a digital stage that mirrors his analog artistry. Each section of the site unfolds like a scene, blending theatrical pacing with fine detail.

Soft, watercolor-inspired backgrounds and organic shell motifs recall The Birth of Venus, bringing a dreamlike tactility to the world of high jewellery.

The user journey moves like a performance: pieces rise slowly from ripples of light, revealing form, texture, and story through motion. This approach allowed the interactive web design to feel intimate and alive — elegant yet exploratory, tactile yet refined.

Alongside the digital experience, we also created a new brand identity, balancing sensual modernity with timeless craftsmanship. The logo and typography were designed to echo movement and softness, grounding the immersive storytelling website in an aesthetic of quiet confidence.

The outcome is an immersive digital experience that redefines how luxury jewellery is presented online. The website feels like a curated gallery — part sculpture, part story — where art and technology merge to invite contemplation.

By combining interactive storytelling, 3D motion design, and bespoke branding, the project transforms browsing into discovery. Every gesture becomes a moment of interaction, and every frame feels touched by the artist’s hand.

It also demonstrates how digital experience design can extend the reach of retail. Rather than displaying products, it builds an environment for exploring them — where interaction, curiosity, and time spent become part of the value itself.

Viva La Labia invited us to look at how digital design can reshape the experience of luxury. When a website feels alive, it stops being a showcase and becomes a space for engagement.

For us, this project reflected a broader shift in digital innovation design — building environments that hold the same craft and precision as the objects they present.

It’s not about replacing the physical experience but extending it — creating moments where art, design, and technology meet in quiet balance.
