SOPHON ($SOPH) approached us to design a fully customizable 3D character and a curated collection of digital fashion for their Web3 token staking platform.

The collaboration opened new ground at the intersection of creative technology, digital identity, and interactive design — exploring how users express themselves through avatars and digital collectibles in the expanding world of decentralized culture.

For ROCANI, it was an opportunity to redefine engagement in immersive web design, turning customization into a creative experience rather than a technical process.

We sculpted a detailed 3D character system that users could customize directly on the web — from facial features and skin tones to layered outfits and accessories.

Using Marvelous Designer, our team developed six original digital fashion pieces, each rendered with realistic physics simulation and texture design to capture the craftsmanship of high fashion in virtual form.

To elevate the experience, we built distinct digital environments to host the collection, treating each one like a runway — from sunlit deserts to rainy cityscapes — allowing the avatar and clothing to move naturally within immersive digital scenes.

The final experience feels like a virtual fashion show built for the Web3 era.

Users can explore, customize, and interact in real time, bridging the gap between digital collectibles, fashion, and identity.

By merging 3D character design, interactive storytelling, and immersive digital experience, the project redefined what digital fashion can be — not just viewed but lived.

SOPHON offered a glimpse into how style and technology are merging into new forms of self-expression.

For ROCANI, it reaffirmed that digital experience design isn’t only about building platforms — it’s about creating worlds people can belong to.

As we continue to lead brands across digital frontiers, projects like this show how customization, storytelling, and interaction can turn fashion into a shared digital experience.
